My son keeps telling me I need a blog.... what I don't imagine he realizes is that he and his brother will become public!!! They are such the focus of our lives that he will probably regret he ever uttered those words, "Mom, you need a blog!" It's not the first time he's told me that, but it probably will be the last.
I have been driven to this by the sheer power of stories. The need to document the daily happenings and remember when things happened. Now one might figure I could write this in a journal (and I do sometimes), but they are everywhere and not always easy to locate. My pc, however, is usually pretty easy to find.
Me, a blog? Wow, now I have really gone and done it---but it's the way I see my favorite scrapbookers living life.... with their blogs full of all the wonderful life happenings, so...
How can I not start a blog? I don't want to miss more than I already have.
Most things are so much better fresh and straight from the moment; I want that, I want to capture the thoughts and daily wonderful experiences as they happen, not at a later date or when I am not really feeling those feelings anymore. It is just not the same!
So here I go; hope some of you will join me on this journey.
